Mid-Level to Senior Citizen Developer – Low-Code Platforms (Webcon)

As a Citizen Developer, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of digital transformation. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing automated workflows using low-code platforms, bridging business needs with technical solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability across the organization. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms to improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Integrate various data sources and systems via APIs to enable seamless automation.

• Maintain and update low-code applications, ensuring security and best practices.

• Work closely with IT teams to implement solutions that adhere to organizational standards.

• Document solutions and provide support for end-users.

• Continuously review and improve automation processes to maximize performance and user satisfaction.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with no-code/low-code development platforms.

• Strong understanding of BPMS principles and workflow automation.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions without extensive coding.

• Proficiency with APIs and data integration techniques.

• Knowledge of relational databases and data structures.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Outstanding communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Fluent in Polish at B2/C1 level.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience programming in C#.

• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, GitLab, Visual Studio.

• Background in web application and API testing.

Language Required for the role:

• Polish at B2/C1 level.
