Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
As a Mid-Level Hybrid IT Professional, you will be working for our client, a leader in the technology industry committed to delivering innovative digital solutions. You will play a key role in supporting and developing IT operations in a collaborative environment that values flexibility and professional growth.
Your main responsibilities:
- Implement and support IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Assist in the deployment of updates and new system integrations.
- Maintain compliance with internal standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring effective communication.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT support, systems administration, or network management.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used in enterprise IT environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
- Flexibility to operate during standard office hours.
- Good communication skills in Polish and a communicative command of English.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and practices.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
- Experience working in international or multicultural teams.
