As a Mid-Level Process Automation Specialist, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, focusing on the implementation and development of business processes on the BPMN-class FerrytFlow platform. Your role will involve configuring business processes, supporting and training system users, and ensuring the smooth operation of FerrytFlow. This is a key position that requires a blend of technical and analytical skills to optimize and maintain critical banking operations, contributing directly to the acceleration of banking innovation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for process implementation and development
• Configure processes on the Ferryt (BPMS) platform
• Configure business processes on the FerrytFlow platform
• Provide support and training to system users
• Ensure seamless integration and operation of business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process configurations
• Document process configurations and changes

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in process automation or related fields
• Knowledge of Ferryt 2.0 platform and experience with FerrytFlow
• Proficiency in MS SQL with the ability to create and execute SQL queries
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Understanding of BPMN and UML notations
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good communication skills
• Communicative English for technical documentation

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of C#
• Familiarity with T-SQL
• Experience with agile project management methodologies

Language Required for the role:

• Good command of Polish (spoken and written)
