Mid-Level Database Analyst - remote

As a Database Analyst you will be working for our client, a major global financial institution focused on strengthening its data-driven control processes and enhancing reporting capabilities across various operational units. You will support a large-scale initiative that aims to improve data quality, streamline analytical workflows, and optimize decision-making through robust SQL inputs, dynamic APEX dashboards, and well-structured auxiliary database solutions. In this role, you will interact with multiple teams, helping translate business needs into actionable technical outputs while contributing to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide SQL and data inputs for key control processes

• Build and enhance APEX reports and dashboards

• Create and maintain auxiliary database structures

• Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making

• Coordinate end-to-end communication with internal units

• Aggregate data from multiple sources to ensure consistency

• Prepare clear presentations and reports for stakeholders

• Identify process gaps and propose improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements

• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues on analytical tools

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL technology

• Strong teamwork skills

• Excellent analytical skills

• Solid business analysis skills

• Ability to learn quickly

• Experience in preparing presentations and reports

• Strong communication abilities

• Experience in creating dashboards

• Proficiency with APEX development
