As a Mid-Level Data Warehouse Developer – Informatica Power Center, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the online banking sector, on the development and optimization of data warehouse solutions. You will contribute to designing and implementing robust ETL processes, enhancing data architecture, and supporting business intelligence environments to enable effective data reporting and analysis. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies like Informatica Power Center and Oracle-based systems to support complex financial data ecosystems, empowering smarter decision-making and driving innovation in financial services.
Your main responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL processes using Informatica Power Center to ensure efficient data integration.
- Develop and maintain data warehouses and reporting data marts for financial analytics.
- Participate in the implementation and integration of Informatica tools across systems.
- Design, develop, and optimize BI-class analytical environments tailored for large-scale data analysis.
- Create and maintain Oracle databases and applications supporting business needs.
- Define and document technical specifications, architecture, and administrative procedures.
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot software solutions to ensure high quality standards.
- Support software installation, updates, and seamless handover to production teams.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in data warehousing or ETL development.
- Strong proficiency with Informatica Power Center.
- Solid understanding of RDBMS Oracle 9i/10g including database design.
- Excellent command of SQL with good knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL solutions in Oracle-based systems.
- Practical knowledge of Snowflake and Python is a plus.
- Ability to read and write technical documentation in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset, with attention to detail and quality.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Theoretical knowledge or practical experience with Big Data, Python, and Spark.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) concepts.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of tools like SQL Developer, SVN, GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent in Polish, with excellent communication skills.
