Mid-Level Business Systems Analyst – Digital Banking Solutions

As a Mid-Level Business Systems Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the online banking sector committed to delivering secure, high-performance digital banking platforms. Join a team dedicated to redefining financial services through innovative solutions, modernization of banking processes, and seamless collaboration across agile environments.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze and document functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders

• Design and prepare technical specifications for system changes with a focus on security and performance

• Design and develop modern processes for electronic banking solutions

• Model system solutions using UML and BPMN

• Support integration design using REST APIs, microservices, and web services

• Collaborate with development teams in agile methodologies such as Scrum

• Participate in testing activities, including planning and execution of test scenarios

• Maintain clear and structured project and system documentation

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role

• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements

• Strong system analysis and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of distributed systems architecture

• Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST API, microservices, web services, and SOA

• Good knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Experience working with CASE tools and system modeling

• Familiarity with tools such as Swagger, Postman, or SoapUI

• SQL experience

• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum) and participating in testing activities

• Good command of English (B2 or higher), with communicative proficiency

• Proven ability to plan and execute tests independently

• Analytical thinking, attention to documentation, and strong organizational skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in designing mobile applications using REST services

• Knowledge of modern design patterns

• Familiarity with PlantUML

• Ability to design solutions based on microservices architecture and document REST services using Swagger/YAML

• Understanding of UX/UI principles

Language Required for the role:

• Polish (fluent)

• English (communicative)
