As a Manual Tester you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the media and telecommunications sector that develops and integrates advanced digital platforms serving millions of users. You will be part of a dynamic quality assurance team responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of complex software systems. This role involves preparing and executing test cases, collaborating with development teams, and coordinating UAT and internal testing phases to guarantee that delivered products meet the highest quality standards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed test scenarios based on technical documentation

• Analyze and prepare data required for executing manual tests

• Execute manual software tests and report results according to established procedures

• Coordinate internal, UAT, and vendor testing activities

• Analyze and verify issues reported by test users and document defects precisely

• Communicate and track defects with internal and external software providers

• Build and maintain a knowledge base of projects, test procedures, and issue resolutions

• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure product quality

• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and tools

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing

• Higher education, preferably in a technical field

• Solid knowledge of testing principles, techniques, and best practices

• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL

• Experience using testing tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, SQL Developer/Toad, SoapUI/Postman, Excel

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Good command of English for reading technical documentation

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and good work organization

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cucumber, Jenkins, JMeter)

• Experience with AWS environment

• Basic knowledge of Java and/or TypeScript

• ISTQB certification (nice to have)
