Junior Network Administrator - twice in a month from the office

Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (1-2 days/month in the office).

As an Junior Network Administrator you will be working for our client, one of the top players in online banking. You will join a dedicated team responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s Data Center network infrastructure. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who is already working with or wants to specialize in networks. You will help implement and maintain security solutions, configure network devices, and ensure a stable and secure network environment for internal clients.

Your main responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain security policies based on NGFW solutions

• Configure and support network devices and related infrastructure

• Handle day-to-day network needs of internal clients

• Prepare and maintain technical and procedural documentation

• Participate in hardware relocation and decommissioning processes

• Monitor and ensure the stability and performance of network systems

• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve network and security issues

• Maintain compliance with internal security and operational standards

• Support continuous improvement of Data Center network infrastructure

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Genuine interest in networks and willingness to specialize in this field

• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

• Availability and flexibility to work in hybrid mode

• Category B driving license

• Willingness to occasionally work overtime (nights/weekends if required)

• Physical fitness suitable for handling equipment up to 25 kg

• Experience working with large systems (5+ rack cabinets or 50+ workstations)

• Residence within 50 km of Warsaw
