Junior IT Support Analyst

Łódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (1-2 days in the office/month).

As a Junior IT Support Analyst you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, supporting a high-availability IT infrastructure that underpins critical business operations. You will join a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of key systems through active monitoring, user access management, and cooperation with operations teams. The project focuses on optimizing internal system efficiency and maintaining reliability across various platforms including Windows, Linux, and AIX environments. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a structured IT environment and gain valuable industry experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor business systems using dedicated monitoring tools

• Perform operational tasks related to system maintenance

• Manage user permissions across supported systems

• Respond to system alerts and escalate incidents as needed

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues

• Maintain accurate records of system status and user access

• Support system audits and compliance checks

• Assist in implementing improvements to monitoring processes

• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and standards

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience with system monitoring tools

• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and AIX operating systems

• Communicative level of English

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or analyst role

• Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills

• High level of engagement and initiative

• Ability to work under pressure

• Teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset

• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
