IT Program Manager

Warszawa or Łódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a Senior IT Program Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the online banking sector undergoing continuous digital transformation. You will be an essential part of the IT Delivery Office, overseeing the coordination and execution of retail business initiatives within IT structures known as "boxes." In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with both IT and business teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and successful delivery. Your mission will be to monitor, guide, and optimize delivery processes, proactively ensuring the timely and effective completion of multiple initiatives within a dynamic, innovative environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of business initiatives across IT BOXes to ensure seamless execution.

• Support decision-making by providing insightful data analysis and reporting.

• Present recommendations and evaluate the impact of available delivery options.

• Collaborate on scope adjustments to meet evolving deadlines and project goals.

• Ensure delivery efforts align with strategic organizational plans.

• Work closely with Box Owners, IT teams, and Business Strategy Office to drive progress.

• Collect, analyze, and share data on planning, progress, and team structures.

• Monitor key process metrics and performance indicators to assess efficiency.

• Contribute to the optimization of delivery processes and the implementation of best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across software delivery and project portfolios.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager.

• Proven success in leading and delivering complex IT initiatives.

• Ability to creatively adjust project scope in collaboration with business units.

• Experience working in cross-functional and matrix environments.

• Proficiency with project, portfolio, and data analysis tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Power BI).

• Strong data analysis skills to support strategic decision-making.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of both Agile (Scrum) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive mindset with strong stakeholder relationship management skills.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in project or portfolio management (e.g., PMP, Prince2).

• Experience in the banking or financial services sectors.

Language Required for the role:

• Good command of Polish (spoken and written).
