As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be working for our client in the finance industry, responsible for designing and implementing innovative IT infrastructure for a new credit sales system. Your expertise will ensure the system's performance, security, and reliability.

Your main responsibilities: Design and propose IT infrastructure configurations for new systems

• Ensure system availability through high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) mechanisms (active-active, active-passive clusters)
• Specify scalable architectures that allow hardware expansion (CPU, RAM, storage, server count) without modifying application code
• Integrate authentication and identity management systems (e.g. Active Directory, IDM)
• Design open, well-documented APIs and enable system integration via ESB and web services
• Specify supporting database and system software components (e.g. MS SQL)
• Optimize network communication in constrained environments (packet loss, limited bandwidth)
• Manage IT environment configurations (production, failover, test), including disk space planning (1, 2, and 5 years)
• Define software licensing requirements and technical parameterization (file paths, ports, DB names, etc.)

You're ideal for the role if you have: Proven experience in designing three-tier system architectures

• Hands-on knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery planning
• Familiarity with MS Windows Server 2022 and Red Hat Linux 9.x (preferred)
• Experience working with VMware and Red Hat OpenShift platforms
• Strong understanding of network architecture (firewalls, switches, load balancers) and network optimization techniques
• Ability to specify and integrate database systems such as MS SQL
• Understanding of identity and access management systems and integration with enterprise tools (Active Directory, IDM)
• Knowledge of data security standards and cryptographic protection of personal data in transmission
• Practical experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and system integration through APIs
• Familiarity with PowerBI and integration with office applications (MS Office)
• Ability to design and document IT environment configurations and predict resource needs
• Strong documentation skills and attention to infrastructure detail

Nice to have:​​​​

• Familiarity with backup and DR tools (e.g. Veritas NetBackup 10+).
• Knowledge of SOA architecture and ESB platforms.
• Understanding of XML/CSV data exchange formats and direct SQL communication between systems.
• Experience in projects delivered in regulated environments (e.g. banking, insurance).
