Fullstack Developer

As a Frontend Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading bank and financial institution offering a wide range of services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. You will join a team responsible for the development of the APICATALOG platform – a central API catalog built on Backstage technology. The project involves expanding functionality, improving integration with banking systems, and implementing tools that enhance the work of development and operations teams. Your contribution will have a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of technological processes across the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

• Developing and enhancing components using React and TypeScript

• Implementing new features within the Backstage platform

• Designing and maintaining integrations between various banking systems

• Configuring development environments using Node.js and YAML

• Optimizing existing modules through code improvements and testing

• Collaborating with backend, DevOps, and business analysis teams

• Implementing mechanisms for validation, reporting, and API relationship management

You are a great fit for this role if you:

• Have hands-on experience working with React and TypeScript

• Are proficient in Node.js and write clean, efficient code

• Understand REST API principles and system integration concepts

• Are familiar with YAML configuration files

• Have experience with Backstage or similar developer platforms

• Are comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Communicate effectively and collaborate well in a technical team

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience with system integrations in a banking environment

• Knowledge of Docker and OpenShift

• Ability to design microservices-based architectures

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

• Experience with GraphQL or OpenAPI
