Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer – Java, React & SQL Expert, you will be working for our client in the global financial markets sector, contributing to the development of cutting-edge trading and market technology solutions. Join a dynamic team where your expertise directly impacts trading excellence, fostering innovation and agility in a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of 4–6 members, managing requirements from analysis through to testing and production support.

• Break down business requirements into actionable user stories and deliver iterative releases to production.

• Participate actively in all phases of the development lifecycle, including identifying technical debt and balancing feature delivery with technical health.

• Design and implement solutions adhering to technology guidelines, with a focus on quality and scalability.

• Pair program with team members to share knowledge and improve code quality.

• Take ownership of product support, ensuring swift resolution of issues and continuous improvement.

• Keep abreast of evolving technologies and advocate for best practices within the team.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in full stack development or related roles.

• Solid experience with Java and SQL, with a good understanding of Git version control.

• Optional knowledge of JavaScript/React.

• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database concepts from a consumer perspective.

• Strong communication skills in English, with fluency in spoken and written forms.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Kotlin or other programming languages.

• Knowledge of front-end development with JavaScript/React.

• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
