As a Senior DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking organization specializing in digital infrastructure and cloud solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing robust DevOps processes, enabling application onboarding, automation, and secure deployment in Kubernetes environments. Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with application teams to onboard and document internal/external interface requirements for development, testing, and production environments within Kubernetes.

• Implement middleware-specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration across components in the provided environment.

• Provide technical guidance to application teams to leverage cloud technologies and implement cloud infrastructure, in coordination with other DevOps staff.

• Prepare environments for application deployment using scripting and automation tools.

• Co-create and manage application deployment pipelines, ensuring streamlined CI/CD processes.

• Work closely with development teams following Agile methodologies to ensure smooth delivery.

• Collaborate with other IT departments (security, middleware, Linux) and participate in change management processes.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in the DevOps domain.

• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Jira, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Hands-on experience with open-source technologies and cloud services like AWS and Azure.

• Experience with GitOps practices and ArgoCD.

• Familiarity with onboarding Spring Boot and frontend applications to Kubernetes.

• Good scripting skills in at least one language (Java, Bash, Python).

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications or experience related to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

• Communicative English (spoken and written)
