As a Senior DevOps Engineer – IAM & Cloud Infrastructure, you will be working for our client, a leading international IT company specializing in identity management, cloud services, and infrastructure solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing scalable, secure, and automated systems that empower organizations worldwide to manage digital identities with confidence. Your main responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM components, policies, connectors, microservices, and integrations.

• Enable automated testing, security scanning, and controlled deployments across DEV/TEST/PROD environments.

• Implement continuous improvements to streamline IAM release processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for deploying IAM infrastructure, policies, directories, and related platforms.

• Ensure consistent, repeatable environments, and maintain compliance with architectural standards.

• Create scripts and automation solutions for account lifecycle operations, access provisioning, and system integrations.

• Deploy IAM services and microservices on Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and serverless environments.

• Manage containerisation, service mesh integrations, certificates, and secrets for IAM workloads.

• Embed security practices into build and deployment pipelines, including vulnerability scanning and secrets detection.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with Zero Trust principles and IAM security policies.

• Partner with IAM architects, security teams, and application owners to align on design and integration needs.

• Create and update comprehensive documentation for pipelines, IaC, deployment patterns, and operational procedures.

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or a related field.

• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and GCP provisioning.

• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, Helm/Kustomize.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development, automation, and release engineering.

• Familiarity with data streaming platforms such as Kafka, PubSub, schema registry, and monitoring.

• Basic understanding of graph databases (Neo4j), backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.

• Solid background in DevSecOps, platform security, and compliance practices.

• Experience in implementing regionalization, data residency, and conditional access solutions.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in cloud platforms, security, or DevOps practices.

• Experience with GCP-specific tools and policies.

• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM).

• Fluent English (verbal and written).
