As a DevOps Developer, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, responsible for maintaining and optimizing their IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in automating processes, managing deployment pipelines, and enhancing system monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Working in a dynamic environment, you will collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes and maintain robust infrastructure solutions. Your expertise in scripting, system administration, and monitoring will be crucial for maintaining business continuity and supporting high-availability systems.
Your main responsibilities: Analyze and resolve complex business requests
- Prepare deployment packages
- Improve CI/CD processes
- Configure and maintain monitoring systems (Zabbix, Splunk, ELK, Grafana)
- Set up and manage systems in test environments
- Create detailed technical documentation and deployment instructions
- Automate routine tasks and system configurations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by analyzing logs
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations
- Knowledge of database environments: MS SQL and Oracle (creating and optimizing queries, indexes, jobs, basic administration)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash)
- Basic knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes
- Log analysis and problem diagnosis skills
- Practical knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Experience in documenting technical processes and creating deployment instructions
- Ability to configure systems in testing environments
- Experience working with Windows Server and Linux systems (basic administration, service management)
- Basic knowledge of application servers: JBoss, Tomcat (configuration, application deployment)
- Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Splunk, ELK Stack, and Grafana (configuration, dashboard creation, alerts)
- Ability to communicate technical information with development and business team
- Ability to document complex processes in an understandable way
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactive approach to process improvement and willingness to learn new technologies
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic programming skills in any language (Java, Python, C#)
- Certifications in databases, operating systems, or DevOps
- Knowledge of ECM platforms (Enterprise Content Management)
