As a Mid-Level Customer Journey Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in consumer finance dedicated to transforming how customers access and experience credit products. You will help develop, analyze, and optimize credit offerings, ensuring a seamless and compliant customer journey that drives satisfaction and innovation in the financial sector.
Your main responsibilities:
- Create and develop credit products in line with business processes and customer needs.
- Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for enhancements and new features.
- Maintain and improve the consumer finance product portfolio, including cash loans and overdrafts.
- Conduct business analysis, translating concepts into detailed product specifications, epics, and user stories.
- Collaborate with risk teams to optimize credit policies and processes.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders through consultations and discussions.
- Ensure all products adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for distribution channels and monitor product performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and prepare benchmarks to inform product improvements.
- Support ongoing business operations and identify areas for process optimization.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in consumer credit, customer experience, or product development.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodology in project environments.
- Familiarity with JIRA and other analytics, visualization, and communication tools.
- Strong understanding of credit processes and customer journey analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience.
- Ability to analyze, draw conclusions, and recommend improvements effectively.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Additional certifications in project management or business analysis.
- Experience in financial regulations and compliance standards.
Language Required for the role:
- Polish — good command of spoken and written language.
