Warszawa-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (work remotely up to 2 days per week).
As a Business Manager – IT Outsourcing & Services, you will be working with our Sales Team, a rapidly expanding technology leader delivering top-tier IT Outsourcing, Product Development, and Integration Services across finance, fintech, e-commerce, healthcare and other sectors. In this pivotal sales role, you’ll spearhead the expansion of a core business unit by managing key client relationships, generating strategic leads, and designing tailored solutions to meet client challenges, fueling innovation and growth.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by proactively identifying opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Build positive, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients through understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions
- Leverage your network, industry knowledge, and market insights to generate new business leads
- Develop and implement innovative business strategies to meet sales targets and support expansion efforts
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients—analyze challenges, provide recommendations, and guide next steps
- Manage consultants to ensure client satisfaction and mitigate potential risks
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and actively participate in sales meetings to support pipeline development
- Contribute to strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales and business development within IT Engineering Outsourcing or IT recruitment (must-have)
- Solid understanding of the current IT market, including IT profiles, roles, and key challenges
- Outstanding communication skills to expand your network and secure new contacts
- Ability to work independently while being a dedicated team player
- Fluency in Polish and English (communicative level)
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience in client relationship management within the IT sector
- Additional certifications in sales or business development
Language Required for the role:
- Polish (fluent) and English (communicative)
