As a Senior Insurance Business Analyst – Claims & Benefits, you will be working for our client in the insurance industry, focusing on transforming claims and benefits processes to become more customer-centric, innovative, and efficient. Location: hybrid - 2 days in the office (Warsaw)

B2B: 110 - 125 PLN/h

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze existing claims and benefits processes, identifying key areas for transformation and improvement

• Design modern, user-friendly, and efficient claims processes utilizing innovative technologies such as automation, AI, and self-service solutions

• Develop detailed process maps and define comprehensive business requirements for new solutions

• Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation of designed processes

• Monitor the performance of deployed solutions, continuously proposing further optimization initiatives

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis within the insurance sector, specifically in claims and benefits management

• Proven involvement in transformation projects related to insurance claims and processing

• Deep understanding of claims settlement processes, legal regulations, supporting systems, and industry best practices

• Strong knowledge of automation, digitalization, and customer-oriented process design

• Excellent analytical skills: data analysis, trend identification, strategic recommendations

• Strong communication skills, capable of working within complex structures, leading workshops, and engaging stakeholders effectively
