Blue Prism Application Manager

As a Blue Prism Application Manager and DevOps for RPA bots you will be working for our client, a leading provider of infrastructure services for financial centers in Europe.

You will play a key role in managing and optimizing the live Blue Prism environment, ensuring seamless operations and efficient automation workflows. This role involves close collaboration with developers, proactive infrastructure management, and strict adherence to compliance standards.

You will also contribute to process improvements, troubleshoot incidents, and manage operational performance to support business-critical automation services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor the live Blue Prism environment

• Maintain bot servers, manage work queues, and schedule processes

• Provide operational support for live processes, including exception handling

• Review and validate RPA developments for smooth deployment

• Monitor and optimize infrastructure capacity for the Robotics environment

• Generate reports on process performance for customers and management

• Coordinate with developers to align on process priorities and deliverables

• Manage security, user accounts, and credentials within the Blue Prism platform

• Handle audits, risk reviews, and compliance measures

• Oversee release and change management processes for RPA solutions

• Facilitate agile delivery and sprint planning as a Scrum Master

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Blue Prism certification and 4-6 years of hands-on Blue Prism experience

• Proven expertise in Blue Prism control room administration and RPA bot deployment

• Strong knowledge of Blue Prism infrastructure administration, including VM setup and maintenance

• 1-3 years of experience in managing Virtual Machines

• Solid understanding of RPA architecture, licensing, and environment scaling

• Proficiency in project management, programming, and application development

• Good knowledge of security, compliance, and governance requirements

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills (3-6 years)

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities (3-6 years)

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
