Automation Tester (Playwright, SQL)

As an Automation Tester you will be working for our client, one of Poland's largest and most modern debt collection company. You will join a team dedicated to supporting this internal client by participating in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis to implementation. The projects are diverse and crucial for the legal sector, including developing a judicial system for electronic correspondence, a system for synchronizing documents from appellate courts, and an advanced workflow management system. You'll collaborate closely with BAs, POs, and the client in a fully remote environmen, where continuous learning and self-organization are core priorities.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated tests for usability and quality

• Create complex and creative test scenarios

• Design and develop test procedures

• Report defects and track them through resolution

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and the client

• Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle

• Support the maintenance of existing systems

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in software testing

• Proven experience in Playwright

• Practical knowledge of SQL

• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher

• Strong analytical skills for creating complex test scenarios

• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

• A commitment to continuous learning and self-organization

• Knowledge of ISTQB principles (nice to have)
