As an AI Program Delivery Lead, you will be working for a global technology leader dedicated to pioneering innovative AI initiatives. Your main responsibilities:

• Provide delivery management for a global AI programme, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Facilitate and participate in key Agile ceremonies across Scrum teams, promoting disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
• Coach team members, resolve conflicts, and foster a high-performance collaborative environment.
• Drive development and execution of product roadmaps in partnership with Digital Product Teams.
• Manage large or complex projects, including planning, governance, and reporting on timelines, budgets, backlog, and risks.
• Monitor project health through tracking velocity, quality metrics, and issue resolution, escalating risks when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with governance procedures, lead process improvements, and facilitate regular project meetings.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across business, IT, and external teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate risk implications for all activities, leveraging business knowledge for informed decision-making and process enhancements.
• Adopt and promote best practices, tools, and standards for cost efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and standards to ensure innovative project delivery.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, particularly within AI or software development.
• Solid project management skills with certifications, such as PMP or Agile SCRUM, or proven equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex projects in multinational corporate environments.
• A university degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership skills managing matrix teams globally and regionally.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong risk management, change management experience, especially within tier-one financial services organizations.
• Familiarity with banking standards and industry best practices.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Additional certifications related to project or program management.
• Experience with financial services or banking sectors.
• Knowledge of additional languages relevant to the region.

• Fluent English is essential.
