Project description:
As a Cloud and Automation engineer, you will be part of Cloud Infrastructure team working with Application and customer teams.
You will have the responsibility for building and operating customer environments and platform. You will automate everything. Any deployment or operations requirements that appear in this position, is being automated and implemented into a core platform.
Duties:
As a Cloud and Automation engineer, you will be part of Cloud Infrastructure team working with Application and customer teams.
You will have the responsibility for building and operating customer environments and platform. You will automate everything. Any deployment or operations requirements that appear in this position, is being automated and implemented into a core platform.
Duties:
- Build automation scripts and frameworks to improve the core cloud platform utilizing Microsoft Azure technologies
- Driving ongoing improvements and efficiencies in operational practices, tools & processes.
- Write ARM templates for deployments
- Investigate and analyze customer environments, to suggest the best cloud solution to be used.
Skills and competencies
- 3+ years of IT experience
- Experience in a sysadmin / DevOps role
- Extremely comfortable working with Windows Servers
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience working with ARM Templates
- A strong personal drive and a self-starter mindset
- Work well together with others and communicates in English without problems
- Deep knowledge of PowerShell
- Lazy and talented enough to automate everything
- Microsoft Azure certifications will be a plus
- ITIL understanding will be a plus
- Knowledge on containers and Kubernetes will be a plus
