Main purpose of the position
The purpose of this position is to coordinate complex, large scale projects ERP system related. A key responsibility is to review and introduce governance frameworks that support transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making across the programme.
Key expectations:
You should bring a proactive, structured, and collaborative approach to managing complex global projects within the programme, confidently navigating cross-functional environments, aligning diverse stakeholders, and driving progress across multiple regions.
A key responsibility will be introducing and embedding governance practices that ensure transparency, accountability, and effective decision making throughout the programme lifecycle. You will be expected to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and maintain a strong focus on delivering value and consistency across all implementation efforts.
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience managing complex IT projects — ideally within procurement, finance, or ERP systems — alongside demonstrated capability in establishing and managing project or programme governance. Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement in complex organisational settings is essential, and a project management certification is preferred.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end project delivery for ERP implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, project budget management and closure.
Define and implement governance frameworks, including reporting structures, decision-making protocols, and escalation paths.
Coordinate global and regional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.
Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, reporting progress to programme leadership.
Ensure compliance with global standards while accommodating local variations where necessary.

Key qualifications:
+10 years of proven experience managing IT projects, with at least 3-5 years with increased complexity ideally with procurement, finance, or ERP system
Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing project or programme governance
Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement in complex environments
Solid knowledge within financial area
Project management certification preferred
