Main purpose of the position:

As an IT Support Specialist at the Global Service Desk in ISS, you will support the smooth operation of IT systems, deliver world-class service, and ensure users gain maximum value from their technology. You will be responsible for installing and configuring devices and providing IT support across the organization. The role involves direct interaction with colleagues to resolve technical issues such as application and email problems, password resets, as well as handling service requests including new user setups, user changes, and device procurement.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for devices and applications

  • Deliver remote meeting room support and assistance

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools

  • Receive and respond to Service Desk phone calls

  • Log, investigate, and resolve assigned incidents and requests in the ITSM platform

 

Key qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in an IT support role

  • Previous experience in a global or worldwide enterprise is an advantage

  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 products

  • Experience supporting Apple and Android devices

  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Intune MDM

  • PowerShell knowledge and practical experience is an advantage

  • Completed university degree in IT field
