Main Purpose of the Position:
The Automation Developer and will play a dual role in analyzing, designing, and deploying automation solutions to optimize business processes. Leveraging RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Low-Code technologies, this role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions, while ensuring efficient system performance and business correctness.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze automation solutions for optimal performance and business correctness.
- Design, build, and test automation solutions and applications using Power Platform technologies (in particular Power Apps and Power Automate) and Automation Anywhere.
- Manage and modify existing automations and applications.
- Create and update documentation for process descriptions and the solutions created.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of implemented solutions.
- Share knowledge of automation products and best practices.
- Engage with the RPA community and its users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deliveries.
Our Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in combining RPA and low-code/workflow solutions.
- Understanding of business processes to conceptualize them as automated solutions.
- Experience using tools such as GIT, JIRA, ServiceNow, and working in a SCRUM/Agile framework.
- Ability to analyze processes and create their documentation.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English that allows you to perform duties with ease.
- Independence in action and the ability to proactively suggest improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
- Knowledge and experience in using and developing Power Platform solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).
Optional:
- Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
- Ability to create SQL queries.
- Familiarity with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of BPMN/UML notation.
