Who are we looking for?

Our Master Data solution development is a foundational pillar of our organization’s data strategy, It enables the creation and maintenance of a single source of truth across systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and trust in our data and provides critical functionality in our customer engagement efforts.

We are seeking a positive senior C# developer with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership. This role demands a self-driven individual who brings positivity, energy, clarity and commitment to complex development challenges. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative spirit to a team of profsessionals focusing on delivering high-impact master data and integration solutions in a financial services environment.

You’ll be part of a team that values initiative, continuous learning and mutual support where your contributions directly shape the success of our data-driven strategy.

Experience in data management is preferred so is experience with event-driven architecture. 

Familiarity with Karate testing frameworks and Kubernetes technologies will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Working with the team on designing, developing and maintaining master data solutions and their integrations.

• Act as a senior engineering representative in development team activities.

• Participate in product development through cross team collaboration.

• Designing software for automatic testability, recoverability from failures, with built in privacy and security.

• Create, maintain and document software patterns and cross functional libraries.

• Foster a positive team dynamic and support the growth of your peers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as software developer or engineer is required.

• Strong experience with .Net Core/C#, SQL Server, Git a must

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and a good sense of humor

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Azure DevOps preferred

• An urge to automate everything, RESTful API first development, data and event-driven architectures.

• Experience in test automation is a plus.

• Excellent programming, problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience working in Banking or Fintech is a plus.
