Job description

Íslandsbanki is currently looking for two Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developers for its Customer & Business Growth Team.


Responsibilities and duties


  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that support banking and financial operations, including customer onboarding, KYC, loan processing, and relationship management.

  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using APIs, Power Apps, and other Microsoft services.

  • Implement secure workflows for sensitive customer data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, AML, PCI-DSS).

  • Collaborate with business units (e.g., retail banking, wealth management, corporate banking) to translate financial service requirements into CRM functionalities.

  • Support automation of customer journeys, lead management, and personalized financial product offerings.

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity of CRM systems in a regulated environment.

  • Participate in release cycles, testing, and documentation aligned with financial IT governance.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and post-deployment support.


Qualifications

  • Min. 5-7 years of experience,

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.

  • Proficient in Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps.

  • Experience with programming languages (e.g., .NET, JavaScript, SQL).

  • Proficiency in secure coding practices and data encryption.

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration technologies.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

  • Data handling and reporting (e.g., Power BI).

  • Solution-oriented mindset and initiative.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Organizational skills and ability to work in Agile environments.

  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365.
