We are looking for experienced Test Leader.

Are you a passionate Test Leader with a sense for wide test strategy? We're recruiting a dedicated professional to join our projects as a Test Leader.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Design Test Strategy and Execution Plan (including procedures, tools selection and automation capabilities).
• Oversee test execution as per defined framework and according to Customer standards and regulations (Quality Assurance).
• Manage defects and identify continuous improvements for Testing framework.
• Report status.

🌟 Experience & Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on data platforms and applications. Experience with agile testing approach.
• Proven experience designing and executing test strategies for large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Airflow, GitHub
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with testing workflows. 
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience testing data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Deep understanding of various testing methodologies (black box, white box, grey box) and their application.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good communication in English.
• Certification in software testing (ISTQB) and/or SAFe Framework are a plus.
