YOUR TASKS
As Platform Engineer, you and the team will be responsible for applying software engineering principles to accelerate software delivery. The team continuously examines the entire software development lifecycle from source to production. This introspective process builds a CI/CD, alerting, monitoring, and deployment workflow that enables application developers to create and ship software rapidly. All of these activities result in self-service infrastructure that is in use by different application teams.
- You will manage and help improve the infrastructure, automation, continuous integration, and application delivery process.
- You will make our development teams more effective by building scripts, tools, and automation solutions
- You ensure cybersecurity best practices and that the latest standards are applied
REQUIREMENTS
- You have an understating of Linux internals (file system, networking, shell)
- You have some understanding of public cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Google)
- You have some understanding of containerization (eg. Docker, Podman)
- You are interested in microservices architecture, patterns
- You have your first experience with CI/CD
- You have some knowledge of using service discovery tools such as Consul, Istio, or other
- You have excellent teamwork and communication skills
- You are fluent in English
