Key Responsibilities:
Improve and maintain monitoring systems to ensure reliability and quick issue detection;
Monitor and manage incoming tickets, ensuring timely resolution;
Diagnose and fix technical issues across systems and platforms;
Work with CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment and updates;
Tune systems for optimal performance and stability;
Maintain and manage code repositories;
Provide infrastructure support for developers to enable smooth workflows;
Explore and learn new technologies to enhance our infrastructure.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting;
3+ years of experience automating infrastructure using Puppet;
Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab pipelines;
Practical experience working with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP);
Experience in clouds infrastructure;
Knowledge and experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
