- Are familiar with Python (or other scripting language)
- Are truly interested in SQL
- Understand SOAP and REST
- Are aware of common security terms
- Are well organized & motivated to make decisions quickly
You will be responsible for:
- Verifying if issues are related to intive systems
- Identifying cause of problem
- Describing issues for development teams
- Monitoring issues in development teams
- Monitoring project systems
- Cooperating closely with development teams
- Developing diagnostic tools and automation scripts
You get extra points for:
- Ability to read stacktraces and Java code and writing code in Java
- Ability to read and write code in javascript
- Are Highly skilled in regards of IT areas (UNIX / Windows, networks, data transfer protocols & databases)
- Have hands-on experience as a third line support
- Experience in working with other scripting languages
- Knowledge of tasks management systems ie. Jira
- Experience with tools like SoapUI, Postman, Datagrip, Apache Jmeter, Visual Studio Code
- English language skills
