TechOps Manager

What project we have for you

We are looking for an experienced Manager to take ownership of a key application that serves millions of our users, monitor and ensure its uninterrupted work.

What you will do

• Coordination TechOPS Team
• Deployment management (preparation, implementation, Test)
• Support MI calls
• Rootcause analysis
• Budget and Licence management
• Coordination with ~ 40 Scrum Teams and 50+ Partner systems
• Rollout / go live Interfaces
• HF and also big Realeses
• Monitoring
• Being ready to work out of office times and on-call shift

What you need for this

• 4+ years of experience in management of ops teams in telecom projects (OSS/BSS experience)
• Experience in management of Agile teams
• Deep understanding of Agile methodology
• Experience in planning and monitoring of product deployments/roll-outs
• Management experience in ELK, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana
• Deep understanding of CI/CD (Gitlab, ArgoCD), AWS Platform engineering (EC2, EKS, Lambda, Route53, RDS)
