Job description

At InsysVT, we develop our own production-ready platform, already in use by clients across the globe. Our product is stable, thoughtfully architected, and designed to scale - which means you’ll be working in an environment where testing is focused on quality and innovation. It's a space where your input truly matters, and your work drives real impact.

As a QA Specialist, you will join a newly formed, independent project team focused on delivering applications across multiple platforms — including mobile, web, Smart TV, Android TV, and Apple TV — by building on top of existing internal solutions. While your primary responsibility will be manual testing, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow into test automation with support from our experienced Chapter QA.

We’re looking for someone experienced and self-driven, with at least 2 years in software testing, who can quickly adapt to a collaborative team environment. You’ll take ownership of the testing process within your team, work closely with developers and product stakeholders, and contribute meaningfully to the quality of our solutions.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • creating and maintaining test documentation based on an existing test case repository, including customizing test cases to fit project needs,

  • collaborating with the Project Manager on defining the test plan and strategy,

  • performing manual tests of deployed applications (WWW, iOS, Android, AndroidTV, AmazonFireTV, SmartTV, AppleTV),

  • reporting test results along with recommendations,

  • working closely with automation testers to help update and align the automated test suite,

  • configuring test environments,

  • logging identified issues,

  • analyzing project documentation,

  • collaborating with other teams involved in the project.

Requirements:

  • minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,

  • familiarity with software testing standards,

  • hands-on experience in creating test documentation based on business and technical requirements,

  • knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence,

  • strong communication skills and a high level of self-organization,

  • flexibility in responding to changing conditions (test scope and timelines),

  • problem-solving mindset,

  • ability to work in a team and think analytically,

  • English at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to Have

  • experience working with the Qase test management tool,

  • familiarity with OTT/streaming industry solutions.

What you’ll get in return:

  • fully remote work with flexible working hours,

  • one full day per month for learning and development,

  • MyBenefit platform funds (that you can use to buy a MultiSport card or other cool services),

  • a choice to join our group health insurance,

  • access the wellbeing platform Mindgram that helps you stay in a good mental shape,

  • access to the language learning platform Tutlo,

  • company-wide quarterly meetings (which are special, because you don’t have to work on that day),

  • optional (bun fun!) team activities, like joint mountain trekking trips, St. Nicolas Day event for kids, board game nights, and more,

  • a welcoming office in the very heart of Poznań, if you prefer to work on-site.

Recruitment Process:

  1. Interview with People Operations Specialist - to get to know you better, check your English skills, understand your professional experience, and hear what motivates you to join our team.

  2. Interview with People Operations Specialist and Chapter Leader - A 45-minute online meeting, a chance to get to know each other better, dive deeper into your technical expertise, and understand how you collaborate within a team and approach project work.

You can expect feedback from us after each stage to ensure the process is as transparent and valuable as possible. Please note that we will contact only selected candidates.
