Middle/Senior Frontend Developer

Our team is looking for a Middle/Senior Frontend Developer for one of our clients.

Our customer is one of the TOP-3 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.

The project: it is a sophisticated tool, designed to help retailers and consumer goods companies optimize their product assortments. This tool leverages advanced analytics and insights to maximize category growth and profitability through effective assortment planning and optimization.

Our expectations of the candidate: 

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in web development

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, React.js 

• Experience with AG grid, Redux, Redux-saga, Styled-components, Jest, Enzyme

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Soft skills:

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines without constant supervision

• Proactive attitude, clear and effective communication

• Team collaboration and problem-solving mindset

• Attention to detail and adaptability

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Develop and maintain complex, highly customized data grids using AG Grid, ensuring performance and scalability

• Collaborate closely with product owners and designers to understand feature requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Estimate task complexity and provide accurate time assessments during planning sessions

• Implement new features with clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the application

• Fix bugs and performance issues in a timely manner, with a focus on user experience and stability

• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and uphold best practices

• Continuously improve the codebase and contribute to the team’s technical excellence
