About project:

Development of a PIM platform for a German leasing company that, in addition to its core business, runs an e-commerce platform selling used ex-lease bicycles.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and implementing integrations between e-commerce platform and Pimcore (product data, attributes, categories, media, etc.).

• Proposing new solutions to technical and architectural challenges encountered during ongoing development and integration work.

• Identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure code quality, stability, and long-term maintainability.

• Using Docker to build and maintain consistent development and production environments.

• Working as part of a Scrum team, including task estimation and sprint planning.

You will be the best fit if you have:

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in PHP (preferably PHP 8+).

• Hands-on experience with newst Symfony versions and related tools such as Doctrine.

• Experience with Pimcore or similar PIM / DAM systems and building system integrations would be a plus.

• Nice to have: previous experience with E-commerce projects (ourproject utilizing Shopware engine).

• Practical knowledge of Git, Docker, and containerized environments.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a Scrum team.

• Good self-organization skills and the ability to estimate tasks realistically.

• Very good command of English (at least B2+).

• Strong attention to detail and solid communication and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Focus on writing high-quality, stable, maintainable, and easy-to-test code.
