INNERGY is a product with over 9 years of history on the market. Our team consists of more than 100 people (over half based in Poland, the rest in the USA and Australia), combining unique knowledge, experience, and skills. The atmosphere of a small product-focused company, combined with the business expertise of large organizations that have invested in us, has helped us gain over 300 customers from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
Our tech stack includes: .NET 8, React (we’re migrating from AngularJS), TypeScript, and Redux. We test using Jest, NUnit, Cypress, Playwright, K6. Our infrastructure runs on Azure: Azure SQL, BLOB, Service Bus/MassTransit, Kubernetes Service, Cognitive Services, SignalR, and more.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

Closely collaborate with the development team to help deliver high quality software

Understand and translate business requirements to technical requirements

Enhance software delivery and quality throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle

Perform automated functional and performance testing
-
Design and develop the test automation framework, implement required libraries, and conduct automated tests

Maintain CI pipelines and integrate automated scripts into CI tools
-
Manage any issues that may arise and drive resolutions throughout the testing process

Actively participate in the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle including manual testing
Main requirements:

At least 3 years of practical experience in automation testing in Cypress/Playwright (JS/TS)

Experience with C#
-
Experience in writing queries for SQL

Experience in agile software development methodologies and testing procedures

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

The role requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Nice to have

Experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Bamboo, GitLab CI.

Familiarity with performance testing tools, e.g., k6.

Experience with API testing tools, e.g., Postman.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes.
