Your Responsibility

Strengthening INNERGY’s security foundations through audits, assessments, hands-on contribution, consulting, and strategic coordination.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of hands-on experience in information security, preferably B2B SaaS or cloud-first environment
2. Strong understanding of security frameworks, such as SOC 2, NIST CSF or ISO 27001
3. Experience drafting and maintaining security policies, standards and procedures
4. Experience coordinating or leading third-party assessments, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning or risk assessments
5. Knowledge of the following tools from the standpoint of security: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender / Sentinel
6. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure security (ideally Microsoft Azure)
7. Learner mindset: open to learning new things to solve real problems
8. Strong initiative and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
9. Good understanding of the SDLC and end-to-end ownership of the development process
10. English proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)
11. Ability to share knowledge based on real-world experience
12. Proactiveness – we don’t expect you to do everything alone, but initiative is appreciated

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

1. Experience leading or supporting a SOC 2 Type II audit
2. Experience with SIEM, threat detection and incident response
3. Experience with security testing and assisting hardening of web applications
4. Experience with SAST/DAST tooling
5. Familiarity with risk assessment tools and vendor due diligence process
6. Familiarity with security aspects of cloud environments based on Kubernetes
7. Scripting or automation capabilities (i.e. Python or PowerShell)
