Your Responsibility
Strengthening INNERGY’s security foundations through audits, assessments, hands-on contribution, consulting, and strategic coordination.
Requirements
-
4+ years of hands-on experience in information security, preferably B2B SaaS or cloud-first environment

Strong understanding of security frameworks, such as SOC 2, NIST CSF or ISO 27001
-
Experience drafting and maintaining security policies, standards and procedures
-
Experience coordinating or leading third-party assessments, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning or risk assessments

Knowledge of the following tools from the standpoint of security: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender / Sentinel

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure security (ideally Microsoft Azure)

Learner mindset: open to learning new things to solve real problems

Strong initiative and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving

Good understanding of the SDLC and end-to-end ownership of the development process

English proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)

Ability to share knowledge based on real-world experience

Proactiveness – we don’t expect you to do everything alone, but initiative is appreciated
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience leading or supporting a SOC 2 Type II audit

Experience with SIEM, threat detection and incident response

Experience with security testing and assisting hardening of web applications

Experience with SAST/DAST tooling

Familiarity with risk assessment tools and vendor due diligence process

Familiarity with security aspects of cloud environments based on Kubernetes

Scripting or automation capabilities (i.e. Python or PowerShell)
