Your Mission:
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security controls.
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, incidents, and threats.
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps.
- Own and manage our vulnerability program (patching, testing, fixes).
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments.
- Educate the team on security best practices and build security culture.
- Collaborate to ensure compliance (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
You Are:
- Experienced in achieving SOC2 or ISO 27001 compliance (or confident to lead it).
- Deeply knowledgeable in cloud and application security.
- Hands-on with modern security tools and vulnerability management.
- A strong communicator who enjoys educating others on security.
You'll Own:
- Leading SOC2 and ISO 27001 certification.
- Integrating security tooling into development.
- Shaping our security culture and infrastructure from day one.
Bonus Points For:
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty).
- Startup or fintech experience.
- Blockchain or decentralized application security experience.
