AI at INNERGY 

As we continue evolving INNERGY into a smarter, more intuitive platform, we’re looking for an AI Evangelist — a person who will bridge the gap between technology, product, and business. 

As an AI Leader, you’ll shape how we deliver AI-driven value to our clients and how our internal teams work.  You’ll act as both a Product Manager (translating business needs into strategy) and a Technical Leader (guiding architecture and AI use cases). 

This is not a purely technical role or a purely managerial one — it’s a hybrid position for someone who understands how AI truly creates value. You’ll guide teams and clients through what’s possible with AI, help shape product strategy, and make sure great ideas become real, usable features. 

You’ll be both an educator and a builder, helping our teams, customers, and leadership discover new ways AI can amplify performance, productivity, and creativity across the organization. 

Your Daily Responsibilities 

• Translate business needs into concrete AI opportunities 

• Lead discovery, prototyping, and rollout of AI-driven solutions 

• Partner with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to production 

• Define AI best practices, governance, and ethical guidelines 

• Support teams in understanding how to integrate AI into workflows 

• Evaluate and select the right tools, models, and architectures for each use case 

• Evangelize AI internally and externally — through workshops, content, and client conversations 

• Stay on top of the latest developments in generative AI, LLMs, and automation 

Requirements 

• 5+ years of experience in AI / data / software / or product leadership 

• Strong understanding of the modern AI ecosystem (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.) 

• Experience leading cross-functional projects that combine business and technical goals 

• Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex topics simply 

• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on curiosity 

• Experience with stakeholders: from developers to executives 

• Strong initiative, ownership, and ability to work independently 

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) 

Bonus points for: 

• Experience in MLOps, LLMOps, or applied ML 

• Background in consulting or product-led environments 

• Track record of public speaking, internal workshops, or community engagement

We are a fully remote company, but we expect you to join us in person several times a year for team meetups and workshops. These events are essential for building strong collaboration and alignment.
