Our team consists of more than 100 people (over half based in Poland, the rest in the USA and Australia), combining unique knowledge, experience, and skills. The atmosphere of a small product-focused company, combined with the business expertise of large organizations that have invested in us, has helped us gain over 300 customers from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
AI Engineering at INNERGY
As we continue evolving INNERGY into a smarter, more intuitive platform, we're looking for AI Engineers to help embed intelligence not just into our product—but into how we work as a company. This role is about building real, production-ready AI features: predictive insights, smarter workflows, and clearer, more actionable data.
A meaningful part of your work will involve Large Language Models (LLMs), supporting everything from user-facing functionality to internal tools that streamline how our teams operate. We’re focused on solving real problems with the right tools, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Our tech stack includes:
- .NET8 (incl. ASP.NET Core, Semantic Kernel, Mass Transit)

Your Daily Responsibilities
- Designing and developing AI-powered features
- Creating foundational components that enable core application teams to leverage AI
- Estimating and optimizing the costs of proposed solutions
- Selecting technologies and shaping the architecture
- Supporting other team members in achieving their goals
- Evangelizing the AI and ML across the whole organization showcasing value
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in software development – ideally in a product company
- At least one of the following:
- Proficiency in C# / .NET and microservice architecture, with a strong willingness to learn more about the AI/ML landscape
- Proficiency in AI/ML workflows: building agents or chatbots, ML-based solutions, deployable models
- Experience in MLOps: building AI/ML pipelines
- Learner mindset: open to learning new things to solve real problems
- Strong initiative and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Good understanding of the SDLC and end-to-end ownership of the development process
- Understanding DevOps culture and paradigm of ‘you build it – you ship it’
- Willingness and ability to help build a strong, collaborative team
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)
- Ability to share knowledge based on real-world experience
- Proactiveness – we don’t expect you to do everything alone, but initiative is appreciated
