💼 What You’ll Do

1. 🛠️ Architect and develop scalable ServiceNow platforms for enterprise-level customers.
2. 🤝 Collaborate across cross-functional teams, owning projects from concept to production release.
3. 💡 Lead key feature development and implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
4. 🌱 Mentor and empower engineers, driving best practices and high-performance coding standards.

📚 What You Bring

Experience & Education

1. 10+ years in Software Engineering, with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, IT, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including leading global teams.

Core Skills

1. Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change Management, User Management, SLAs.
2. Expertise in Service Portal customization, AngularJS, and JavaScript (front/back-end).
3. Proven experience with ServiceNow administration & application development (Transform Maps, Workflows, Update Sets).
4. Strong background in external system integrations, algorithms, and data structures.
5. Leadership qualities with experience in team mentoring, agile delivery, and conflict resolution.
6. Working knowledge of Java or Python in enterprise environments.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

1. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
2. Certified Application Developer (CAD)
3. Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect (CMA)
