We’re on the lookout for a Senior Developer with GenAI expertise to join our forward-thinking team in Warsaw. This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of Generative AI technology—designing systems that integrate with LLMs, vector databases, and AI agent orchestration tools.

As part of a high-impact team, you'll be building the core backend infrastructure for GenAI solutions, shaping scalable AI pipelines, and driving real-world applications of Agentic AI.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend systems to support Generative AI workflows and services.
• Develop scalable microservices and APIs integrating GenAI models, vector databases, and orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
• Build robust infrastructure for deploying and serving LLMs and AI pipelines in production.
• Create and maintain data pipelines to enable prompt processing and model feedback loops.
• Participate in architectural design reviews, focusing on performance, modularity, and low-latency systems.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate plug-and-play components like Intent Resolvers, Tool Agents, and LLM Gateways.
• Debug and optimize GenAI systems, ensuring efficient prompt execution and model inference.
• Produce clear technical documentation on system design, deployment, and best practices.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of overall experience in software development.
• 1+ year hands-on with Generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, embeddings, etc.
• Strong coding skills—especially in Python (preferred), Java, or Scala.
• Solid experience with backend development: REST APIs, microservices, event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with modern AI tools: LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, or agent orchestration logic.
• Proficiency with DevOps and developer tooling: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to prompt engineering and AI-driven workflows is a strong plus.
