SAP PP Stream Lead

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP PP professional to lead complex S/4HANA transformation projects in a global environment. As a Stream Lead, you will collaborate directly with clients during the template design phase, gathering requirements, proposing process improvements, and ensuring value realization.

You'll guide an international team of consultants (onshore & offshore), drive solution design, and oversee delivery through to go-live. In international rollout phases, you’ll act as a template guardian, ensuring consistency and adherence to defined processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP PP/QM stream in S/4HANA transformation projects
• Capture client requirements and drive template design
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, from design to go-live
• Coordinate with global delivery teams and manage offshore consultants
• Ensure that solution designs meet business expectations and add measurable value
• Serve as a design authority in industrialized international rollouts

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven leadership in SAP PP/QM within S/4HANA transformation projects
• Familiarity with Advanced Variant Configuration in S/4
• Experience integrating with APO, IBP, MES is a plus
• Solid understanding of delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Industry expertise in manufacturing or consumer goods
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels, including C-suite
• Analytical mindset with the ability to compare and advise on solution options
• Knowledge of Signavio and Celonis (nice to have)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
