🧩 What You’ll Do

• Analyze business financial processes and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.

• Configure and customize GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling modules in S/4HANA.

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.

• Manage localization requirements to ensure compliance with country-specific tax and legal regulations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with MM, SD, PP, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration.

• Troubleshoot issues, apply fixes, and implement continuous system improvements.

• Support users post-go-live and prepare training materials and documentation.

🛠️ What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.

• In-depth understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.

• Strong configuration knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, and CO modules.

• Experience with localization (e.g., India GST, EU VAT, statutory reporting).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse global teams.

✅ Nice to Have

• SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance

• Experience with SAP Fiori apps and reporting tools

• Knowledge of interface technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, APIs)
