Automation Developer (Tosca/Cypress) - Remote - Poland

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Automation Developer with proven expertise in TOSCA and Cypress to join our QA and DevOps team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA and Cypress for functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test automation strategies.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth execution across environments.

• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with developers to resolve issues.

• Maintain documentation for automation frameworks, test cases, and processes.

• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in test automation.

Required Skills:

• Good hands-on experience in test automation using TOSCA and Cypress.

• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and understanding of model-based testing.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and SDLC.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
