Role: SAP Cutover Manager

Develop a comprehensive cut-over plan detailing all activities, timelines, dependencies, and resources required for a successful transition.
Identify potential risks associated with the cut-over process and develop mitigation strategies to address them. This includes risks related to data migration, system configuration, and go-live activities.
Act as the central point of contact for all cut-over-related activities, coordinating with various teams such as project management, technical, functional, and business teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Ensure that all necessary resources, including hardware, software, documentation, and training materials, are in place for the go-live. This involves coordinating with vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders to address any deployment-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of all cut-over activities, decisions, issues, and resolutions for future reference and audit purposes. Prepare status reports and updates for project stakeholders and management.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users during the initial post-go-live period. This includes addressing system issues, answering user queries, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Key Skils
In-depth understanding of SAP ERP modules, functionalities, and best practices. Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and mitigate risks.
Understanding of technical aspects related to SAP ERP implementation, including system configuration, customization, integration, and testing. Familiarity with SAP Basis, ABAP, and other technical components is advantageous.
