SAP HANA Cloud (Neo) administration

• Plan, test, and execute HANA patches and upgrades.

• Manage backups, restores.

• Monitor system health and performance; tune SQL/objects and resolve bottlenecks.

• Space and object housekeeping (partitions, indexes, table optimization).

• User/role/privilege administration and periodic access reviews.

• Security upkeep: certificates/keys, encryption settings, audit policy and log reviews.

• Incident response and root-cause analysis; preventive actions.

Data integration & scheduled jobs

·       Support DP Agent maintenance (install/patch/configure) for SAP BW and Workday integrations via SFTP; monitor and troubleshoot jobs.

·       Design, run, and maintain ETL pipelines with error handling.

·       Schedule, monitor, and maintain recurring data-preparation jobs (logs, retries).

·       Interface operations: SFTP key rotation, endpoint allowlisting, connectivity tests.

Data services & reporting enablement

·       Provision and maintain OData services for SAP Analytics Cloud (versioning, performance tuning, troubleshooting).

·       Data-quality controls and reconciliations; remediation of exceptions.

·       Stewardship and maintenance of master and transactional data for FTE planning (loads, corrections).

·       Development and ongoing maintenance of HANA calculation views for reporting (optimization and documentation).

Governance & documentation

·       Incident / change / release management (tickets, change requests, CAB support).

·       Compliance evidence (audit logs, access reviews).

·       Knowledge transfer and stakeholder communication.
