Role : Salesforce Technical Lead

Work Mode : Hybrid ( 3 Days / week)

Key Responsibilities
Creating, updating, and managing user profiles and permissions within Salesforce.
· Ensuring data security and access control.
· Platform Configuration:
· Setting up and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to meet business needs.
· Configuring sales and service processes, workflows, and automations.
· Data Management:
· Maintaining data integrity and accuracy through data cleansing, validation, and import/export processes.
· Implementing data storage and security best practices.
· Troubleshooting and Support:
· Identifying and resolving technical issues and user inquiries related to Salesforce.
· Providing technical support and guidance to end-users.
· Reporting and Analytics:
· Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Collaboration and Communication:
· Working closely with business users, stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
· Communicating effectively with users and providing training on Salesforce features and functionality.
Total working experience: 10+ years. Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients Candidate should have hands on experience in JavaScript and JQuery Extensive development experience in developing intuitive UI using Visualforce, JQuery and JavaScript. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Governor limits and best practice.

11. Responsible for planning the end-to-end technical scope of the project & customer engagement areas including planning sprint & deliveries.
12. Estimates efforts, identify risks & provide technical support whenever needed.
13. Demonstrates the ability to multitask & re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements.
Must Have:
1. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture & cloud development principles.
2. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Governor limits and best practice.
3. Must have extensive hands on experience in Apex, Triggers, Webservice Callouts.
4. Must have hands on experience in Classic development.
5. Well versed with Lightning development fundamentals
6. Candidate must have strong technical knowledge about the Salesforce security implementations and best practices.
7. Candidate should have hands on experience in JavaScript and JQuery
8. Extensive development experience in developing intuitive UI using Visualforce, JQuery and JavaScript.
9. Extensive development experience in Salesforce integrations.
10. Experience in working with the customer directly which includes initial requirement gathering, day-to-day technical discussions, technical demos, and project delivery.
11. Experience with working on Agile Software development methodology.
12. Should have excellent verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
13. Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good to Have:
1. Should have Salesforce Certifications (App Builder, Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultants etc)
2. Good experience in Data migration tools
