We’re looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. This is a remote, full-time, permanent position offering the chance to shape the HCM landscape across a forward-thinking enterprise.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

As a trusted advisor and solution lead, you will:

• Architect and oversee Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including:

  • Core HR

  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

  • Compensation

  • Benefits

  • Talent Management

  • Learning

• Design and review HCM configurations, workflows, and integrations.

• Build, validate, and troubleshoot complex Fast Formulas for eligibility, validation, and calculations.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices and innovation across all phases of the HCM lifecycle.

• Drive testing, go-live, and post-production support to ensure seamless delivery.

• Stay ahead of Oracle Cloud HCM updates to guide organizations in adopting the latest features.

✅ What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in HCM systems with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM.

• Deep functional expertise in:

  • Core HR, ORC, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learn

  • Fast Formulas (Eligibility, Validation, Calculation, Payroll)

• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data integrity.

• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts is a plus.

• Proven leadership in managing HCM delivery teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
